Directly working with those across the many facets of the industry through ‘Reimagine’ collections that save and monetise past season fabrics and clothing.

Queer Community

A key advocate of the queer community, McDowells fuses activism with the work of leading LGBTQIA+ charities to help provide a platform for the marginalised. Using the designers work to not only celebrate queer identity but also spotlight the necessary awareness and resources needed for an underrepresented community.

Creative Education

McDowell is a passionate supporter of creative education that is committed to the importance of learning for all, at any age, across all sectors. With a strong belief that it is in our ability to unlearn, relearn and change that holds the success to all our creative futures.

Through this, in 2020, Patrick became a Global Ambassador for Graduate Fashion Foundation. A charity that bridges the gap between education and employment and provides a springboard for creative talent stepping into the industry.
